Under builder warranty?
If we installed it, call us first.
During the builder warranty period we handle the homeowner’s call directly and report it to the builder’s warranty department, so you are never bounced between the builder and the contractor. Have your address and closing date handy and we will pull up the system on file.
After the warranty period, nothing changes except who you are calling for: the same office, the same crews, and a contractor who already knows the house.

Call us. During the builder warranty period we handle the call and report it to your builder’s warranty department. Have your address and closing date handy and we will pull up the system on file.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We repair and maintain all major brands throughout our service area.
How often should I have my system serviced?
In South Florida the system runs most of the year, so we recommend a tune-up at least once a year and twice for homes near the coast or with heavy use.
Is a packaged system right for my home?
Packaged systems make sense where indoor space is limited or the plan calls for a rooftop or pad-mounted unit. They perform well in the South Florida climate and are simpler to maintain because every component is in one cabinet. We will tell you which type fits the house before we quote it.
